However, I came across these sunglasses mainly because a last-ditch attempt to stop going blind from the sun during a normal day, and my attempts were rewarded. I bought three additional pairs, to keep in storage, in case one of them breaks. I recommend these sunglasses and it is a massive relief to use sunglasses and not develop head aches that last very long after removing them.
I usually have trouble finding glasses that look right on my large head. These fit properly. I was amazed at the appearance and feel of the for the price. I think they are equal to eyeglasses that are a lot more than twice the purchase price at a shop. They seem very sturdy and the lenses don’t appear to distort at all. They can fit snuggly but not too tight. And the nose pads are comfortable.
I love these glasses!! I compared these to my buddies $200 eyeglasses and I like these better!! They appear great, they feel good, and they help out on the glare as much as the expensive glasses just. . now when I put both glasses over each other, it took the full total glare out ideal! bot back again to reality. . . I really like the bluish tent when I look through these over the orangish tint I got looking through the additional pair.
I have these in the black and clear frames. They are super cute and they do not feel inexpensive at all. They feel like they’re with $150-200 (just like the ray bans). The lenses quality is really good too. They block the sun unlike other cheap sunglasses with cheap lenses. If i have to complain i would say that the frames are wished by me personally were larger. They are built quite small therefore my encounter looks rounder and larger.
There is a minor small fit-and-finish issue at the arm joints. Paint rubs off as soon as you open and close the arms a couple times. But that (up to now) appears to be it’ll only be considered a minor cosmetic concern, and that even, one that will not be visible while you’re wearing the glasses (since it’s on the inside of the hands). Mechanically, they do seem to be quite solid. It wasn’t worth taking away a star.
I purchased a pair back in June, and had them for at least six months before having problems with the lenses. The lenses sustained scrapes that were quite visible. I take very good care of my personal property and I have to admit, I had not been a happy camper. I take advantage of them while kayak fishing in both freshwater and salt, and upon finding the scratches, it was rendered worthless. That’s when I contacted Duco. Their response overwhelmed me.
